The local organizing committee has made arrangements for a block of rooms to be held at this facility for the symposium rate of $135 per night plus applicable taxes and charges. Reservations can be made by directly linking to the Overset Grid Symposium hotel block site . All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by deposit in advance or confirmed with a credit card. Rooms will be held until 12:01am on 26th September 2016 or until the block is full. Please make your reservations early to avoid missing the symposium rate.
